IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Cain Lee
Shearin
December 22, 2009 – February 2, 2024
Cain Lee Shearin crossed the rainbow bridge on February 2, 2024 at Creekside Animal Hospital peacefully in the company of his loving momma and his favorite girl, Dr. Cynthia Elias.
Cain is preceded in death by his dog bother Blaze, his kitty siter Kitty Girl and his granddaddy Wesley Clee Harsh, who he loved dearly.
Cain was a true ambassador of the pit bull breed. He was empathetic, gentle, very loving, sensitive and absolutely beautiful in every way. He loved his kitty siblings and enjoyed napping with them. He would quickly referee any disagreements with his siblings. He loved napping in the sun and playing fetch. His most favorite thing was to curl up on the couch under a blanket and snuggle his momma while watching a movie. In the last 7 months of his life, he became a big brother to his puppy sibling Deebo. Cain loved Deebo and was so patient with him. He loved teaching Deebo how to potty outside and spot an intruder. They truly enjoyed each other's company.
Cain lived a long, healthy life and was loved dearly by everyone who met him. He never met a stranger. He was a patient of Creekside Animal Hospital under the wonderful care of Dr. Cynthia Elias and amazing staff.
Left to cherish his memory are: his loving momma and daddy, Adrianne & Tony Shearin, his puppy brother Deebo, his 4 kitty siblings Adolf Bartholomew, Virginia Stihl, Zoey Jane and Drake Lee, his horse brothers, his human brother Patrick Shearin, his aunt and uncle Velvie & Nate Zabel and his best little buddy and nephew Liam Zabel. Last but not least, his loving granny Phyllis C. Harsh, whom he worshipped and loved giving sweet kisses to.
In lieu of flowers, please consider adopting a pit bull in need of a home or Cain would like for you to hold your pet a little extra in memory of him.
